Ingredients
1 small slice of lemon (cut into pieces)
Approx. 1 ½ cm piece of ginger (chopped)
Approx. 1 ½ cm piece of turmeric (chopped)
About a tablespoon fresh mint leaves (roughly torn)
1 tsp. our amazing honey
A small handful of goji berries
Method
Place all of the above ingredients except for the goji berries into the infuser section of the teapot. Pop the gojis in loose so as you pour, you have the added bonus of the goji berries in your cup.
Fill the pot with near boiling water and allow to infuse for at least half an hour to allow the turmeric and ginger to really release all those flavours.
I know the weather is beginning to warm, but regardless of that, this tea can be beneficial and tasty at any time.
